Gabriel Temudzani plays the fictional character Azwindini in the South African soap opera, Muvhango. He portrays the lead character, Azwindini Mukwevho, who is known for his irritable personality. Temudzani started his acting career in 1995 but only became a professional actor in 2000. In addition to acting, he is also an MC.

Temudzani has made great strides in the entertainment industry, having acted in various productions. In 2003, he received a role in the drama A Diamond and Destiny, which traced the discovery of gold and diamonds in Kimberly.
He also appeared in the 2009 film Night Drive and won a Vita award for his role in the program The Dog and The Night of Horror. He also worked as a presenter on the magazine program La Familia, which aired on SABC2.
There have been rumors that Azwindini might be leaving Muvhango for good in 2023, although his departure has not been officially announced. Despite online rumors of his death, which he has debunked on social media, it is uncertain where Temudzani will go after leaving the show. Muvhango Teazers also show that he will be buried and his kids will fight over his throne.
Temudzani was born on February 10, 1980, in the Venda village of Tshivhilidulu, Nzhelele, to a farmer’s mother and father. He developed a fascination for gardening as a child, which he pursued as a hobby.
